Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their graduation photoshoot at any time. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 25% cancellation fee, unless the cancellation is due to a documented emergency. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Once the new date and time have been confirmed, any additional reschedule requests will be subject to a 25% rebooking fee.
In the event of an emergency, please contact Anthony Caimano Media as soon as possible. Emergency situations may allow for cancellation or rescheduling without penalty at the discretion of the photographer.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no‑show. No‑shows may be subject to the full session fee.
Agreement
By booking a graduation photoshoot with Anthony Caimano Media, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
